OBAMAS PLAN STALLED BY THE SUPREME COURT

The United States Supreme court has stalled the Presidents Plans to regulate Co2 emission from the US power plants.
In August 2015, President Barack Obama introduced his plan to reduce the rate of carbon emission in each state but it was left for the states to come up with their proposals to meet the goal.
Due to the Courts ruling, the states proposals which was supposed to be submitted by September this year won't be submitted again.
It is a huge embarrassment For the President. It is uncertain if this case Will be resolved before the president leaves Next year.
