Man Drinks to Stupor (Heart Broken)

A crushed ( heartbroken ) French man was found lying bare amidst the street on Friday night in Prachuap Khiri Khan city, Thailand.

The 62-year-old man was discovered just on Sala Cheep Road before a Guesthouse where he had been staying since July 14. His moaning could be heard up and down the street at around 5:30pm.

Informed by some great Samaritans, police came and took the man, whose name was withheld, back to his room. By then he chose to bolt himself inside, however after a visit, officers could induce him to turn out once more.

"We took him to Hospital as he was resolved to be in an unhinged state," said police Col. Amphol Amornlakpreecha

Kanokwan Saleephol, the 34-year-old guesthouse proprietor (on the picture above showing the bottle of wine devoured by the Frenchman before he turned up exposed in the street) said her visitor gave off an impression of being pitiful some days back, saying he missed his wife he had devorced from before the trek to Thailand. She said about a full container of wine hastened his appearance in the street.
