Brave is an animated movie centered on Merida,the courageous and impetuous daughter of a Scottish King Fergus also known as the bear king and his wife Queen Elinor.

Merida learnt the art of archery at a tender age and lived a life of adventure which wasn't a princess like character,her mother wasn't in support of her warrior like character and kept on teaching her the sweet and tender life of a princess.

In a bid to create her own future,Merida defies an old age tradition which angers the highland lords when she refused to get married to one of the sons of the high land lords which cause chaos in the Kingdom.

To make her mother Queen Elinor cancel her wedding, Merida seeks help from an old witch who grants her an ill fated wish that brings more trouble to her, her mother and three brothers by turning her mother and three little brothers into bear.
Merida must undo the beastly curse before it's too late.
